RETURNS & REFUND POLICY?
**If you received your product damaged during shipping, please save the damaged box and product(s) and initiate a return below. We will require photographic evidence of damaged item. We will exchange item or issue a refund and the shipping cost are on us for the damaged item.
- If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days to return your item(s). Please note that the item must be new and unused, with all the original accessories and packaging intact to be eligible for a full refund.
- We inspected all items upon return and if an item is returned to us damaged, used, in an unsuitable condition, or not as stated in the return authorization request, we will be unable to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you.
- Once we have received and processed your returns, refunds will be issued via original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
- Purchases made using gift card or store credit will be refunded as credit to your GlamrFit account. Please allow up to 14 days for processing.
- Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
- Please retain your proof of purchase, as it is required for all refunds and returns. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
- Shipping cost is non-refundable.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the return to be received and completed by our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed and closed. At this time your refund will be processed. Store credit refunds are immediately available in your GlamrFit’s account. Credit card refunds can take 1-5 business days to reflect back to your bank. We are unable to complete refunds for items that are in transit or have not been returned to us.
We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. GlamrFit.com is not responsible for missing, damaged, or lost packages in transit.

Before attempting to return an order, you will need to contact our customer service team firstname.lastname@example.org to request a returns authorization number. Without this number it can be difficult to process your return and the process may take longer.
